Tips and tricks on doing your nails!

My nails are my pride and joy and i know many feel that way as well! I always have my nails painted and change the colors every week. I'm also big on designs for my nails as well. You can use the thin nail brushes, paint brushes and they even have stamping sponges for nails as well called konad. I learned the konad method from one of my favorite YouTubers sayanythingbrooke. Here are some good tips into taking care of your nails before you paint them!

• always moisturize your cuticles after you push them back, that is the key into keeping your nails healthy and in good condition.
• File your nails to the shape of your liking and remove all old nail polish from your nails. Also if you are not wearing nail polish still clean your nails so you can remove the natural oils so your nail polish will apply better and last longer
• Always apply a base coat because after awhile your nails will turn yellow if you don't!
• now apply your nail polish(about to thin coats) and top it of with a top coat!!
• Now if you are going to apply a design then wait at least 10 min for the surface to dry but it takes a full hour until your nails are truly dry then proceed with your top coat!

Extra tricks!

• If your nail breaks its recommended to cut it off if its close to the skin but if its a little tear then a good trick is to cut a piece of a tea bag and put it over your nail and apply your base coat twice or use glue and file down the surface a little and begin to apply your nail polish!
• to keep your nails looking like you just got them done, apply a top coat every other day
• If your nails are stained try a powerful whitening toothpaste and brush your nails vigorously.
• Every once in awhile give yourself a hand massage its the easiest way to help promote nail growth!

When it comes to nails you can do anything, you can make a statement or be chic and elegant but its something we all love to do so get pamper yourself and do your nails or get them done with your girls or guys!!
